Manifestical is currently operated as an independent application by the developer. In the future, the Service may be transferred to a legal entity.
2. Description of the Service
Manifestical is a digital vision board and personal goal-setting application that allows users to:

- Upload images and text
- Save and organize personal goals
- Use motivational and planning tools
Manifestical does not provide any religious, spiritual, scientific, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice or guarantees. The app is intended solely for personal goal-setting, motivation, and self-organization purposes.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
4. User Accounts and Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
- You must not use another person's account without permission
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Manifestical offers auto-renewable subscriptions.
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription
The standard price is $9.99 USD per month and $99.99 USD per year. Prices may vary by region.
6. User Content, Privacy and Visibility
Manifestical allows users to create, upload, and share content such as images, text, boards, and messages.
6.1 Public and Private Content
- Some content may be shared publicly by the user
- Public content can be viewed by other users according to the visibility settings chosen by the user
- Users may choose to:

- Keep content private
You are solely responsible for choosing the visibility settings of your content and for any consequences of sharing content publicly or with other users.
6.2 Private Messages and End-to-End Encryption
- Private messages between users are protected using end-to-end encryption
- This means:

- Only the sender and the recipient can read these messages
- Manifestical cannot access, read, or decrypt private messages
6.3 Data Access and Privacy
- Manifestical does not sell or share users' private personal data with third parties
- Manifestical does not use private messages for advertising, profiling, or analytics
- Public content is visible only according to the user's selected visibility settings
6.4 Ownership and Responsibility
- You retain full ownership of all content you create or upload
- You are solely responsible for:

7. Prohibited Uses and Content Policy

- Content that is violent, threatening, or promotes harm against individuals or groups
- Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other users

Zero Tolerance Policy
Manifestical has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any such content or behavior will result in immediate removal of the content and may lead to suspension or permanent termination of the user's account without prior notice.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content at our sole discretion and to take appropriate action against users who violate these terms.
8. Intellectual Property
- Manifestical and its logo, branding, and design are owned by the Service provider
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Manifestical's intellectual property without permission
- User-generated content remains the property of the user
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- Manifestical does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service
- Manifestical is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the use of the app
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manifestical and its developers shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time through the app settings
- Manifestical reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
- Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked, and your data may be deleted
